Making old artifacts in our Homes Topic

Following on from our visit to the RAK Museum, we have been talking about old and new things such as cups, plates, doors, lights etc. We made our own old artifacts this week. We played in our role play bedouin tent and pretended to be a bedouin family from old times. We made our own old pots. We made our own door from card and tissue paper to look like the big wooden doors that we saw at the museum and finally we made our own chinese porcelain plates from blue paper and a paper plate. We had fun and we talked alot about what we saw and made too.
